As the leaves turn and change outside, the colors in my closet follow suite. That’s not to say that I wear brilliant shades of crimson, orange and amber often… but I am changing things up, pulling out all my fall favorites and searching for some seasonal updates for these crisp days and cozy nights. It just so happens there are all kinds of fantastic American made products to choose from, like uber chic and rugged Maine made Rancourt boots, Field Notes notepads, and kickass Shit That I Knit beanies, to name a few.
Blair and I have been quite busy juggling our work schedules but we also make a concerted effort to get out and enjoy the beautiful autumn air. Quick weekend jaunts to go apple picking, visit friends in Bar Harbor, or mix business and pleasure in Burlington are perfect excuses to grab a flannel shirt, a picnic and pack and a notebook for sketching inspiration delivered on a fragrant gust of October breeze.
Go find somewhere beautiful to plop down or stomp around and breathe this weekend! Hayley
